Awakening Savannah + My Social Decline

Through out the past year Awakening Savannah have been working hard in the studio perfecting the sound for their long awaited debut album Legion of Souls. The band was formed in late 2014 by front man Steve Tanner and bass guitarist Andy Molyneaux who both share a passion for the UK rock and metal scene.

Following the recording of several original demo tracks the band was soon joined by drummer Chris Courthold whos solid yet uncomplicated style of playing lifted the already hearty power chords and riffs to a new dimension.

Deep tones and dark lyrics have now raised a question about this new 3 piece band from Swindon, are they heavy rock or metal?. When asked the band simply replied - thats for the audience to decide.

My social decline are four Swindon guys who are a mix between the cross dressing comedy genius that was Dick Emery and the devil!!!!

Stop Stop + Jolly Joker + Saint Of Sinner

THE ULTIMATE HARD-ROCK LINEUP EVER!!!

StOp StOp

By the hands of Jacob A.M, founder of the band, comes this project:
The story of Jacob A.M. (Bass and singer) has been a wild one; he had to move from everywhere he stayed due to his crazy passion chasing his dreams ( Born in Menorca moved to Barcelona in 1998, from Barcelona to Milan-Italy in 2002, back to Barcelona in 2003, from Barcelona to Los Angeles C.A. U.S.A. in 2006, and definitive return to Barcelona in 2007 ), playing in the street for a few coins in Barcelona (Spain) and Milan (Italy), or living in a van in Sunset Boulevard in L.A. (U.S.A.) behind the Whiskey a Go Go are just a few of the many anecdotes that he has lived to find the right people for this band.
There have been many people who got in and out of the group leaving Jacob alone in his adventure, but in 2009 he finally found the right members for Hard Rock indeed:
Vega, a guitarist tired of boring bands and thirsty of rocknroll, decides to join StOp,sToP! to do what he always wanted to do: sex, rock and more sex! Hes been playing in the shadows for a long time but finally he shows up with this blend of A.O.R. and sleazy kind of playing. Hes not pretending to be a guitar hero but hes gonna kick your ass before you realize.
Danny Stix (drums). From Bulgaria Sofia he moved to Barcelona, soon he became in a StOp,sToP! fan, he used to follow the band wherever they went, once StOp,sToP! needed a new drummer they did loads of auditions but when they found that skinny boy with that massive hair and drumming loud like a badass motherfucker they didnt think about it twice, they gave him the job.
And Mak G.G., was guitarist of the band Wet Jack that joined the band as well, but after the Unlimited recording (StOp,sToP! First album 2010) he left the band, then StOp,sToP! became in a trio.
In the winter of 2010 they released their debut album Unlimited which got loads of good reviews by the Spanish rock magazines and radio stations.
The things were quite good in Barcelona, they had a big response in all that sold out gigs in the local scene venue Mephisto , but when they toured around Spain they found out that they would never get enough support there, though they had been very acclaimed by the rock crowd and magazines, promoters and managers didnt really care of them. Soon they realized about that. Therefore, in the end of October 2011 they left everything behind, bought a van, booked some gigs in U.K. and just moved there.
They had no place to stay in U.K. but they didnt mind about that and went on. Living in a van like gypsies and rocking as hell.
The surprise is that the response in the first U.K. tour was absolutely more than they had ever expected, the people really loved them. They decided to stay in U.K. and they kept on playing and touring for 7th months.
They got back to Barcelona in July 2012 to record their second album called Join the party!
April 2013 theyre back in the U.K. again touring and rocking the house everywhere they go! Don’t miss it!

StOp,sToP! you might like them or you might not, but what you cant say is that these three elements dont play real hard-rock.
Madness and perversion are their favourite weapons! Try it! You wont be left indifferent.

The Last Great Dreamers Christmas Shindig

The Last Great Dreamers, Molotov Sexbomb and Falls on Deaf Ears.

The perfect way to get your Christmas party hustle on. Three of best rock bands on the circuit today, throwing in slices of boozy grooves, sleazy riffs, swagger, attitude and effortless cool. Singalong, gutter anthems for the perfect rock and roll shindig. Hurrah!

Last Great Dreamers only Official Christmas Show!

Last Great Dreamers with their distinctly British take on power-pop are the antithesis of grunge and the best band youve probably never heard. They built a formidable live reputation in the mid 90s with their shimmering glam style. Their debut album Retrosexual, a love letter to the early 70s glam scene, caught the attention of Kerrang! magazine, resulting in an awards nomination for best new band before tragedy and disillusionment forced the band to call it a day.

In 2014 they staged a fabulous comeback releasing an album of rarities, the critically acclaimed Crash Landing In Teenage Heaven and have since in 2015 toured with Runaways singer Cherie Currie & in 2016 opened for bands such as the Darkness, Terrorvision, Hey Hello & Tigertailz and released 2 brand new singles Dope School, & Glitterball Apocalypse both achieving no.1 status on the TBFM radio network charts.

On September 30th Last Great Dreamers released Transmissions From Oblivion their first brand new album since they reformed through their own independent label Ray Records. Theyve turned up the dials to deliver an album choc-full of trademark hook-laden anthems. Spirited, diverse and occasionally dark, it promises to be one of the most talked about albums of the year.

Transmissions From Oblivion is an energetic yet sensitive album that celebrates music and storytelling with14 finely crafted pop songs overflowing with rock n roll attitude, emotion and glamour. The recording of the album was an incredibly organic and yet cathartic process, working with producer Tony Harris the band have created an aural treat. With no calculated image or reliance on nostalgia Last Great Dreamers instead have honestly created an album that is full of romantic bravado and the perfect manifestation of their immutable wit, sadness, quiet anger and charm.

Molotov Sexbomb

Molotov Sexbomb came about a few years back when 2 former members of Witney horror/punk band 10/90s (an early 2000s band) lamented a distinct lack of good an honest, feelgood rock attitude in a local music scene dominated by tight, crushing metal bands, and angsty, yearning artists with lyrics deeper than an infinite well.

Yearning for a return to catchy riffs, melodies, harmonies, and a no-nonsense approach to music without getting too serious about how it was perceived, they set about putting it into action. After writing a plethora of suitable tunes, they set down to doing some rehearsal time with a willing drummer (their old friend Murry also formerly of the 10/90s).

Oasish + Stereotonics

OASISH

Since the early days of Definitely Maybe, the number one selling debut album from Oasis, the whole world has been made to sit up and listen. This album alone changed the face of not only the British music scene, but the world over.

Oasish have now fine tuned their show so much so, that fans are now hailing them as being better than the real thing. Unlike other Oasis tributes, Oasish are a full 5 piece band and also play every single song note for note as it is on all of the albums. They have the look, the sound and most of all the ability to make any venue rock to the sounds of one of the most influential bands in history.

The vocal delivery given by Paul Higginson is based on how Liam sings live making every show as authentic as possible. The Noel plays either the exact copy Gibson Les Paul or the actual Noel Gallagher Union Jack signature model he designed. Everything is so precise that many would, and in fact have, been fooled into thinking they were watching the real thing.

As one lucky fan once said, Oasish were far more entertaining than the real thing on the 2 occasions I have seen them. If they were ever on the same bill at the same time I would watch Oasish every time!!!

STEREOTONICS

Formed in 1999, Stereotonics are widely regarded as the official Stereophonics tribute band. With a wealth of gigging experience and after over 1O years on the road they can claim to have played more shows than the real band themselves and any other Stereophonics tribute band in the country!

Lead singer, Paul, has made many TV appearances in the quest to get Stereotonics as much recognition as possible over the years and has appeared on ITV, BBC, Sky News, GMTV, Absolute Radio (formerly Virgin Radio) BBC Radio plus many local radio stations up and down the country. Indeed, the real Stereophonics have even heard them play and agree that they rock as much as the real thing.

Stereophonics guitarist, Adam Zindani even turned up at a gig in Birmingham in 2007 to see his tribute counterparts and was suitably impressed. Paul had also worked with Adam previously when his own band, Casino, actually supported Paul doing an acoustic show at The Rock Cafe 2000 in Stourbridge a few years ago. They even joined Paul on stage at the end of the night to back him during Bartender and the thief and A thousand trees. This is something that NO OTHER Stereophonics tribute can lay claim to.

Over the years, Paul has seen a few different faces come and go within Stereotonics but the current line-up has now been settled for over 5 years and is the best its ever been. With musicians that have played or worked alongside Robbie Williams, The Who, Vanessa Mae, Mark Owen, Jason Donovan, Chesney Hawkes, Nik Kershaw and many, many others there is no doubt whatsoever that whenever Stereotonics turn up to perform a show, be it in a small pub venue or a huge festival in front of thousands, the fact of the matter is that they can bring the ultimate Stereophonics experience that no others can.

Having met Kelly Jones on several occasions along with the other band members, Paul is now well known to the originals and has even been told that his own band sound as good as the original. In fact, in an email from Richard Jones (Stereophonics bass player) himself, he even said, You guys Rock!! Keep spreading the good word!! Best Wishes, Rich

Also, in recent radio interviews Kelly has been heard to say that Stereotonics sound the most like them than any other tribute band out there. Great praise from the main man himself and possibly the highest accolade any tribute band could receive.

So after a decade of travelling not just all over the UK but also into Abu Dhabi, Oman, Dubai, Ireland, Holland and other countries, Stereotonics still enjoy playing and will never tire of performing a back catalogue of songs that is so strong and powerful, they often leave audiences begging and screaming for more.

The current line-up consists of Paul as Kelly Jones, Tom as Richard Jones, Jodie as Javier Weyler and Tim as Adam Zindani. Tim is the newest recruit to Stereotonics and has made the big guitar sound of the band even closer and more authentic to the real thing.

So there you have it. A tribute band unlike any other, which even features Chesney Hawkes brother, Jodie on drums, Stereotonics do more than just deliver. They deliver with more power and style that any other tribute band could possibly even come close to.
